Policy Facial Feminization Surgery at Face2Face Clinic
1. Introduction
This policy is established for patients seeking Facial Feminization Surgery (FFS) with Dr. O. Beckers and Dr. M. Van Genechten at the Face2Face Clinic. The purpose of this policy is to provide clarity regarding payment terms and cancellation regulations.
2. Payment Structure
Upon booking a surgery date, the total amount of surgical costs is divided into two parts:
- Deposit amount: 1/4 of the total surgical costs.
- Remaining amount: 3/4 of the total surgical costs.
3. Payment Deadlines
- The deposit amount must be transferred to the bank account of Face2Face Clinic within a period of 7 days after signing the Financial Agreement.
- The remaining amount must be on the bank account of Face2Face Clinic at least 2 weeks before the scheduled surgery date.
4. Cancellation Policy
If the remaining amount is not credited to the bank account of Face2Face Clinic in a timely manner, the clinic reserves the right to cancel the surgery. In case of surgery cancellation, the deposit amount will be charged to cover incurred expenses.
