Policy Facial Surgery at Face2Face Clinic

Introduction

This policy applies to patients undergoing Facial Feminization Surgery (FFS) with Dr. O. Beckers at Face2Face Clinic. Its purpose is to provide clear information regarding payment conditions and cancellation regulations.

Payment Terms

Following the confirmation of the surgery date and signing of the Financial Agreement, the full surgical amount must be transferred to the bank account of Face2Face Clinic no later than 6 weeks prior to the scheduled surgery date.

Cancellation Policy

If the full payment has not been received on the bank account of Face2Face Clinic within the required timeframe, the clinic reserves the right to cancel or postpone the surgery date.

In the event of cancellation by the patient, administrative and planning costs already incurred by the clinic may be charged.
